Theme: “Fighting for Trash-Free Seas, Pilipinas!” 
Last September 17, 2022, marks the 37th annual celebration of the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC).
In line with the said celebration, the San Rafael Technical Vocational High School spearheaded by sir Ernesto Fogata,Teaching and Non Teaching Personnel, SRTVHS Boy Scouts, Youth for Environment in Schools-Organization (YES-O), and the Student Supreme Government (SSG), gathered up for a Coastal cleanup at the shorelines of Brgy. Sto. Niño, San Felipe, Zambales
The Coastal Cleanup was led by the Local Government Unit of San Felipe, Zambales headed by Hon. Mayor Hart Jeresano and lead coordinator MDRRM Officer Rhaymond Fariñas De Jesus.
